Refund Policy

At Next Step Academy, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, due to the digital and advisory nature of our counselling services and software tools, all sales are considered final once access is granted.

1General Policy

Due to the immediate access to proprietary data, historical cutoffs, and digital tools upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a transaction is successfully completed.

2Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued under the following strict circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error due to technical glitches on our payment gateway.
  • Service non-delivery where Next Step Academy completely fails to provide access to the purchased digital tool or service within 72 hours.

3Requesting a Refund

If you believe you meet the criteria for an exception, you must submit a written request to nextstepacademynsa@gmail.com within 7 days of the initial transaction, detailing the issue and providing transaction proof.
